The Utah County Amateur Radio Emergency Service (UCARES) will be helping provide communication support for the 2026 Eagle Mountain Pony Express Days Parade.

Volunteer Information​

Registration Process​

All UCARES members who wish to volunteer for the Eagle Mountain Pony Express Days Parade must sign up using the official Google Form. The event organizer will review registrations, assign roles, and provide further instructions.

Equipment Requirements​

  • Handheld VHF/UHF radio
    • Some positions may require a mobile radio with a portable antenna
  • Fully charged batteries and spares
  • UCARES ID Card
  • Yellow Vest
  • Headset or speaker-mic (recommended for noisy environments)
