Parade Date: Saturday,  June 9th

9:30 AM – All operators are to be in their assigned locations along the parade route.

9:40 AM (Approx)  The parade route is closed to general public access.

10:00 – 11:30 AM – The parade is running.

12:00 – Usually the police dept. will sponsor a small Pizza Party to those who helped out and that will be confirmed the day of the parade.

Equipment and items that will be needed:  2m Radio with earphone.  An Earphone is required.  At most of our ARES public events where noise is expected to be high we have found that earphones are a must.  We cannot communicate efficiently if we cannot hear what is going in an noisy environment.   Extra batteries as a backup.  A pad of paper and a pen or pencil to take quick traffic notes.  E.g. Lost child descriptions etc.  Come to have fun and enjoy the opportunity to serve our community in this capacity.
